Use the Preferences Panel to control the molecule's appearance.

To open the Preferences Panel, click the Preferences button located on the left-down of the GUI.

The options that are available are:

• Display a molecule in Ball n' Stick or Wireframe format.
• Display or hide the bond types (single, double or aromatic).
• Use color coding for the bonds.
• Set the shape (circular or square) of the planes.
